can you replace the V6 engine in the lexus is350/250 for a V8???

Not very easily. Car today are computer controlled and very integrated. Changing the type of engine in a newer car often only works if the transmission, copmuter and all attached parts are changed also. Really it's cheaper to just buy a running Lexus with a V8 in it.
