I think that depends on the guys values in life. Many guys want to be with a woman who is either not wealthy so that they are the boss as you may say. However, some guys will only date women who are in the same social hierarchy as themselves in order to move in equally successful social circles...ahhhhhh is it a bit complex when we start talking money and people and families.

Some judge a woman on her character only. Sonme know for sure they'll only marry rich, but date a ppor girl for the sex. Everyone is different.
As for the ladies, from her perspective, soe should have a great career and not rely on marrying priomnce charmoing. Rarely do these work, becuase the rich man's family wants their son to marry rich too often, not poor.

Depends on the guy. If he has more of a personality about him, than what his friends and family think about the girl, then he will indeed date you. But if he is just the spoiled rich type of guy then no, he'd probably just want someone that is arm candy to show off.
