I have a ticket for speeding, 14 miles over the speed limit. Should I elect to DDC? What it will help me with? Will it lower my insurance? If somebody already went to that kind of course can you tell me what the questions on the test look like? Are they hard?

For sure, take the DDC way. It will show the court you have good intentions and take this seriously. Your fine could be reduced and your insurance premium could also be reduced, depending on your driving record.

I was clocked at doing 130 on my Harley three weeks ago today. I was given a warning , because I told him I just put a new throttle control and it got stuck and scared the hell out of me.
He took it hook line and sinker...and to make the story stick, I eased my thumb uner the throttle lever and tightened the lock knob that made my idle very high and when he heard it.,.I was free.

Take the DDC and show that you are sorry for what you did and the judge will be more soft with you.
