I wake up every morning with a white line of mucus running down the center of my throat.?

Does anyone know what may be causing this? After a few hours, it goes away. It's just very annoying!!

its called post nasal drip lovely isn't it. probally heriditary

Drink some hot tea with lemon. It'll wash it out

Sounds like your sinus' are draining when you lay down.

try closing your mouth while sleeping. i know you really cant control it but that is the result.
