You would be surprised at all the things that effect your hair! second hand smoke definately does damage to your hair, but the air that surrounds you everyday is damaging also. The water that you wash your hair with even does damage. The best way to keep your hair in the best shape possible is with a good shampoo and conditioner. No, please not with PANTENE! And try to limit use of blowdryers and flat irons.

If smoking causes skin problems and damaged hair, then why not second hand smoke? Second hand smoke is more harmful since it's unfiltered. The harmful chemicals in cigarette smoke do cause cancers and other problems such as early wrinkles and thinning hair.
