Tilapia is the correct spelling. Here is how I make it...spread some olive oil on baking pan, put tilapia on it, top it with some tomato sauce add parsley, and basil. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 - 25 minutes. Delicious.

I believe tilapia is the correct spelling. I think "tipalia" is just misspelled.

Tilapia, its a cichlid. But I think it's from Africa, not SA.
