Try sipping water and nibbling ginger biscuits (the hard kind). Ginger is well known to ease stomachaches and nausea.

For me a strong soda like Pepsi or Coke! Been drinking my diet Pepsi for 23 yrs. Stopped morning sickness that long ago.

Maybe not so good for our health but it is not alot of intake.. Salt is known to settle nausea.

gingr tea or ale made with real ginger.fresh air or try 2 spoonfulls of vinger mixed with a cup of cold water & enough sugar to help it go down. drink at least half. my mom use to give this to us as kids. and i had upset stomach alot. and grandmother give her tis recipes.

if you're not pregnant i would take some pepto bismol yes it's nasty but it helps a lot. if you are pregnant eat some saltine crackers. they help and so does taking tums.
