Wow, that is maybe the coolest quote I have ever heard! So much truth to it.

Well from what I've witnessed, yeah there's a lotta truth to it! My grandmother raised me, 2 other grand kids & a great-grandchild! I'd say she must've spoiled a couple of her kids along the way what do ya think? Also, think about if a person DOESN'T spoil his/her children-they's have enough $$$ to spoil his/her grandchildren, but if they HAD spoiled his/her children they'd be worse off financially! LOL this is a good quote. Thanks for reminding me of it.

Raise your kids and spoil your grandchildren. Raise them to be good parents and then its safe to spoil the grandkids and then send them home. I love it!

Yes, very truthful because if you're too spoiled to take care of your kids then your parents will have to raise your kids.

My parent fit with the first. They love to spoil my kids, but were on top of keeping me and my brother on top of our game. Now my husbands are doing the opposite with my sister inlaw. They let her do what she wanted to and now are suck raising her kids. Funny how one will effect the other.

The first part is how it is suppose to go, but if you have a dysfunctional family or something goes wrong then the second part is hoe it turns out.
