So rip a bill in half. Tell him he can have half now and half when the car comes back in the exact same condition, plus a 1/4 mile or so on the odometer for parking purposes. If it's two guys, they can get together and share tips.

The valet gets the tip when he has brought back the car. If there are two, which is not a usual thing, then you can tip once and have them split it or give each one their tip seperately.
