Goo Gone has always worked for me in times of children's toy mishaps. And lots of other mishaps as well...this stuff will get rid of almost anything!

It would help to know what the baby doll's face is made of. I can think of things that will dissolve ink thus removing it, but would it damage the doll? If the ink has been absorbed into the material such as ink does with wood, then you are stuck with it. At least with wood, if there is enough material, you can sand deep enough to remove it. Not really an option here. Try a posting a similar question in the science and chemistry category.

You could try some orange gojo soap. It usually works wonder getting a lot of things off. Usually sold at auto parts stores, but Walmart carries it too.

Try soft scrub or a magic eraser... depending on how long the ink has been there it may or may not come off

Try using a Mr. Clean magic eraser they work wonders.... they take crayon off the walls. It worked when my 2year old got marker on the table Took it right off... good luck

try some stuff called Oops, they sell it at walmart.. I have tried the majic eraser on a babydolls face before and it did not work. maybe try some wd40. good luck

Try Awesome....it works for just about any and everything! You can usually find it in the 99 cent stores!
