Do NOT use Head and Shoulders, it has sulfer in it which is terrible for your scalp. Instead buy a 100% Boar Hair Brush and brush your scalp with it, getting rid of the flakes, then use your regular shampoo and conditioner. I swear by this tip. Good Luck.

Head & Shoulders is amazing. It's created to cure dandruff and it make your hair really soft. You can't go wrong with it!
