If you don't mind a non-running rust bucket that's been sitting in a field for about a decade you might get one for that little.

A basic runner with a 318 is going to cost 8 times that. A tri-power 440 will hit you $20k and that's in well-worn condition. A hemi could exceed $50k for a running beater and nearly $200k for a pristine example.

Yeah right. A 69 charger is worth a ton more than that even in the worst shape. It is antique, and has been sine 2004, so the price is even higher now.

not a problem if you don't mind checking in the recycling yards, (wrecking yard), but you will spend thousands and thousands getting it back into shape...not a realistic request
the other place you could get one is in a hobby shop...you know...model cars....lol....won't cost a grand either.
