1.He looks at you, stares, and quickly looks away if you see him
2.He hovers around you, not too close, but is there
3.He smiles or makes a funny face(trying to hide the smile) when you are near
4.He will talk about you in a good light to others and defend you
5.He won't talk to you too much; or stumble and stutter his words if he does

shy guys are tough because they dont talk to you.. so there really isnt a way to know... i was a shy guy.. but i thought that being shy for the rest of my life sucks so i started to be more outgoing.. and its a lot easier to meet a girl if you talk... lol.. but if they look at you and you catch them.. that could be one... umm some shy guys hang around the person they like a lot.. so that could be a sign.. im not really sure.. thats a tough question

if you like this guys and you know that he is single why not ask him out yrself instead of waiting. if hes to shy he might not ask. read tips on dating and relationships that will help you more on this site

If he keeps looking at you. if he keep following you such as goin around you, like you see him hiding but looking at you
