i have micro braids and they itch really bad! what could i use...please tell me the name of the product and where i can get it! i only had them in for a week! please don't be stupid! thank you

You may be allergic to the hair. Try Organic Root stimulator they have an oil for that.

GO TO A DERATOLOGIST! Maybe the place where you got your hairstyle wasn't clean. Maybe they didn't clean the combs. Maybe you have lice. The best thing to do would to visit the doctor to find out.
If your scalp is flaking then you may really need to visit the dermatologist b/c you may have a disorder. It could just be dandruff in which case, try some "Head & Shoulders".
If it doesn't stop itching, you should have the braids removed pronto before you cause too much damage to your scalp. Another reason for the itching could be b/c the braids are too tight and pulling at your scalp which is also not healthy.

There are many products for braids that you spray on to stop the itching. Go to Sally's Beauty or another beauty supply store.

im not sure what micro braids are but there are tons of stuff for itching.try gold bond lotions or powders u can get them at drugstores best of luck

Methylated spirit in cotton wool..get a sista to use this to clean the roots and take out the build up as much as she can ..you will be greatly reliefed as it will be clean and itch free.

Seabreeze............but make sure you use like the Wonder 8 oil to moisturize after. It's an astringent, so it will dry the scalp a little but you will be thankful. I always put mine in a little spray bottle.... I wear microbraids the most.............
