its been known to happen to men all of the time especially when they are going through puberty. It can be involuntary. If you think about it, most men wake up with an erection whether or not they have had an erotic dream...so don't sweat it...you'll learn tricks to cover it up when it happens!

My boyfried is semi-hard when he wakes up in the morning. Just a natural thing, he says.
