everytime we chat online, it is alway so boring could someone please tell me a few things we can talk about to make our conversations more fun and a few things that i can say that will make him want to always chat with me

Don't chat so long that you run out things to say. You shouldn't be spending all your time in a chatroom - go outside! Breathe some fresh air! Live a little outdoors!

Obviously the two of you don't have any chemistry, so why would you want to "make him want to always chat" with you??
If he's boring then don't chat! Why would you want strangers to give you suggestions... that's being dishonest. Maybe it's boring because he DOESN'T want to chat with you but is just being polite.
Either way, you need to face reality and move on.

Weather, school, music, video games, Yahoo! Answers, Myspace, skateboarding, friends, people you like, ect.

Ask him what his interests are. Tell him what your interests are. Find out if you anything in common. Talk about family, upbringing, books, movies, etc.

Talk about roller coasters, skating, tv shows, anything you enjoy doing. It shouldn't be so difficult.

the easiest way would be to ask him questions. Everyone likes talking about themselves if you want him to like you ask him questions like whats his favorite meal, his favorite movie and why. good luck!

See if you have things in common...the weather...your city/country/state....hobbies..music...vactions....hopes and dreams...work....school...family....kids....
Ask him questions about himself...let him know you are intetested in knowing about him and interests.
