Definitely take your puppies to the vet for a check up. Some dogs are more susceptible to becoming constipated than others. If that is the case with your puppies, you will need to regularly put bran into there food. My friend has this problem with one of her dogs so the vet told her to buy bran from the supermarket mix it into his food and now Otto (her dog’s name) is doing great.

If you can't get them to the vet, if the puppy is at least old enough to chew tougher food, then you can put a bit of olive oil in its food. It acts as a natural laxative and gives them a shiny coat.

Encourage them to drink water, and excercise them. Moisten their food if dry, and call the vet if they go too long without a bm.
