As I said when you asked this same question 20 minutes ago, consider the third possibility that you just aren't smart enough to do it right.

Remember Satan does not speak to us as God does. If your friend is a believer in Christ, the Holy Spirit is in them. They needs to pray and ask God to direct them. Sometimes God does say, not now....and later we know why. If a door is shut that is a no! but another one will open. Have her/him read the book of James. It is my favorite book and it has so much meaning in todays life questions. Another good book is The Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren. It's a must read. God Bless.

Have the courage to accept responsibility for your own actions. If you spend your whole wretched life blaming some invisible deity every time you screw up, you are going to be one bitter, twisted old person who wears pijamas all day that stink like stale urine.

What is from GOD is good, all good and you or I can feel this goodness and know it is right from the feelings of goodness from God. Only bad feelings come from Satan and that right there causes guilt feelings anything that feels wrong is from Satan.
