No because ur mouth will bubble for a while and that is bad. Just rinse with salt water.

Speak to the oral surgeon or your dentist first.

Peroxide can kill healthy cells that are trying to heal the wound, that's why doctors don't recommend cleaning cuts or scrapes with it because it can lead to bad scarring. I don't know if the same holds true to the mouth though.

No you shouldn't. You need to rinse with either Chlorihexidine or salt water.

usually don't do anything for a few hours then rinse with salt water, you should do what Dentist told you.
