Well dear sir, minus the economics of the equation, i have composed three of the most sure fire ways to accomplish your agenda: tastes good and does the trick
1) Long Island Iced Tea-- this is a tried and true method of our brothers of the apple grande'
1/2 ounce Vodka
1/2 ounce Gin
1/2 ounce White Rum
1/2 ounce Cointreau
1 ounce Lemon Juice
Top with Cola
Build all ingredients in an ice tea glass, then top with cola and garnish with a lemon wedge.
2) Flaming Dr.Pepper-- If the above mentioned is not sufficient, then this little jewel is sure to suffice.
3/4 shot amaretto almond liqueur
1/4 oz 151 proof rum
1/2 glass beer
1. Fill a shot glass about 3/4 full with amaretto and top it off with enough 151 proof rum to be able to burn.
2. Place the shot glass in another glass and fill the outer glass with beer (right up to the level of the shot glass).
3. Ignite the amaretto/151 and let it burn for a while. Blow it out (or leave it burning if you're brave - not recommended) and slam it. Tastes just like Dr. Pepper.
3) O.K. So you've tried the listed, and still have unfilled desires? My friend, it is time to educate yourself in the art of innebriation-- "gladiator style". In other words,Drinking Games! The most well known and most respected, by all whom have fallen avail to its ruthless means, would definately have to be "Quarters".
A mindless game that actually requires a certain amount of coordination. Supplies: people and beer (as usual), a quarter (hence the name), and a shallow juice-type glass.
All players sit around a table, or similarily hard surface, and, in turn, try to bounce the quarter off the table into the juice glass. If successful, the player tells any other player to have a drink, as well as receiving another turn. If the player fails, play passes to the next in the circle.
If the player is fortunate enough to make three bounces in a row, this player may make a rule. Anything goes. Some favorites are:
"Can't say drink, drank, or drunk."
"Can't point with your fingers."
"No proper names."
"Have a drink before each attempted bounce."
etc. (be creative)
If any rule is broken during the course of play, the violator subsequently "consumes some beverage."
In the end, if you have not found what you seek, minus "doesn't cost to much to buy",then the answer you seek belongs to an entirely different question!!!

Well, some people like malt liquor and some people don't. But, if you're looking for a lot of it for a cheap price that will do the trick, get Mickey's in the 40 ounce bottles. If you like pretty much all kinds of beers, you will probably like Mickey's. There are other malt liquors out there, but Mickey's is well known and contains a lot of alcohol.

get some cranberry juice from the supermarket and some relatively cheap vodka. cant do better than that...and when you mix drinks, you dont always have to buy the most expensive vodka since youre convering the taste with the juice.

Here is something new I tried for the first time a few days ago. It is a clear malt liquor made by BACARDI and called RAZ. It is flavored with raspberries. It is very refreshing and alcohol content is 5%.
