Just try and surround yourself with good people that you can trust. If that doesn't work, just go out and so do something you really like. Even though you feel depressed, you gotta do something to make yourself feel better. You can't just sit around and be depressed, that's not helping anything, right? If your living out on your own, you could maybe try relocating if your able to. But don't let the depression control you, just try and make new friends, that are positive and will treat you well.

Well that's not much to go on, but I felt the same way at one time. When I graduated hs, I stayed in my hometown and started going to the community college. I hated it! I had no friends left in town and I basically fell into a deep depression and started failing my classes. What helped me, was moving to another town and starting over. I started a new school, new job, and made new friends. It really helped. If you are old enough, and can, I'd suggest getting away!

How old are you Lily, are you old enough to move to a better place or visit the ocean on a private vacation, when I used to get down I would take 3 -4 days for myself and go to the coast a new destination each time, it lifted my spirits and I came back feeling stronger and more focused. I now live by the beach.

try a new outlook on life. If one thinks positive thoughts so many new and wonderful things can happen. Sounds like you need to move and maybe meet some new people and get involved in some activities to cheer you up! Sounds like you have already started you are on here!!!!

If you're old enough MOVE! That will solve one problem. Then when you get where ever see a therapist to talk through your problems that remain.

I disagree with the medicine thing, but I do agree about seeing a doctor, a psychologist, not a medical doc.

Why don't you move to a new place and start a new life? Find a job, meet new people, and start over!
