Discreet, because outgoing is more like "blahh"... to me, it doesn't show that you really care and you're just trying to get the girl for God knows what.

It depends on how well I know the guy, and have had the opportunity to discover if we have anything in common.
You don't want to be overly aggressive, but not too passive either. Personally, I still like the guy to make the first moves, but only after indication from me.
