Mederma. It's a clear gel that really does lighten the appearance of stretch marks. I have a son and got a few stretch marks behind my knees (?!!) after I got pregnant. I used Mederma until the tube was gone and it made my purple stretch marks turn light pink then eventually the same color as my skin. Way awesome.

P.S. Cocoa Butter Cream prevents stretch marks....it does nothing after stretch marks are already there except make your skin super smooth

I used bio oil for about 3 months during pregnancy and although I only had light stretch marks, it did lighten them. Also it lightened a really old scar on my leg. I would say it worked but only to some degree for me, maybe because I have not continued with the routine of applying the oil.

well all through my pregnancy Ive been using Palmer's cocoa butter cream for stretch marks in the morning and bio oil at night-and Ive got 1 tiny stretch mark on my belly button and 3 little ones on one of my thighs so id recommend anyone to use them and to use them how i have-i think i would have suffered a lot more if i never put anything on-and they are both also good for stretch marks that are already there-mine are fading already and i haven't even had the baby yet!

My son is now 3 and the stretch marks i have didnt start bothering me until, a few months ago... when i wanted to start wearing shorter shirts for summer... My friend suggested coco butter lotion, and sticks... and also shea butter lotion.... those help to smooth the stretch marks. But the thing that works the best for appearance is something called a deodarant rock... look in the deodarant section at stores... they all have the. Just rub it on the marks they really do help! now a few months later... id say they've helped with about half the appearance!

Avon refine stretch mark cream... someone suggested this to me and i decided to finally purchase it. it lasts a really long time, i put it on twice a day on this weird stray stretch mark i got by my armpit and it's looking way less noticable now. although i have tons more stretch marks (very bad genes!!!!) on my stomach that i'm not even going to bother with because it's not like i'm going to be running around in bikinis....i would just like to wear a tank top again!!!

besides cellulite i guess stretch marks r evry woman's worst nightmare (and men). to conquer them i guess u have to treat them prior, during and after pregnacy. besides, they will disappear eventually as u age (i hope). anyways luv its nothing 2b ashamed of, evrybody gets them, pregnant or not. just treat them as a reminder of the 2 beautiful beings that r yo children. in the meantime try bio-oil/ jonhsson's tissue oil a.s.a.p. while they r stil fresh. old s/marks are hard to remove! really stubborn! make it yo daily routine 2 kp yo skin soft & supple. i'v recently discovered amarula oil 2, they say it works!

I know coco butter works as my bosses daughter used it during and after the birth or both her children. I used Nivia but after the birth of my daughter I noticed a few around my belly button and thats it. Used Nivia again and they are light and hardly noticable.

Good luck
