First, drink lots and lots of water. Second, try to stretch out the muscles that hurt in a warm bath or Jacuzzi. Stretching helps to release the acid and if you do it in warm water, it will hurt less and you will get more of a stretch and better results because your muscles will be more maliable.

Depending on the type of workout you had,you might want to think about NOT running tomorrow.
If you know the difference between body toning, strength training (not to be confused with weight training, which involves all of these!),and body shaping you might already have heard about this.
Body toning and body shaping allow for aerobic exercise in between workouts, but strength training advises against it!
If you're engaged in a body shaping or body toning workout just go ahead and work through the soreness....that is if it's ONLY soreness. If it's PAIN then give yourself a break, and re-evalute your level of physical fitness, and the workout regimen that's right for you.
If you're working with a strength program then forget aerobic exercise altogether.Your body needs so much more rest in between workouts that anything else will only damage you.Don't forget....the rest period is JUST AS IMPORTANT as the workout when you are strength training!

If you have access to a sauna or steam that will help. If you dont have access you can sit in a tub of very warm water with epsom salt and soak your body. While you are sitting, you should stretch your body. Sit until the water turns cold. Once it has turned cold...stand up take a warm shower and continue to stretch.
Good luck

the soreness is from a buildup from lactic acid in your muscles... do a VERY light workout today and that will help to disperse the acid and you'll feel better tomorrow.
