if I live in the mountain time zone, can I configure my email to show it from the pacific time zone?

Yes. You can reset the time on your computer to make it think that it's in PST -- this might be the most simple solution, just click on the time in the lower right-hand corner of your screen and adjust the time there. Or, you can reset your preferences in your email account set up to PST from MST.

yes it is i just dont know how to do it i think if u go to the settings in your email u can do it from there,
