A couple weeks ago I saw my ex and I got this weird feeling in my stomach like if I was nervous or needed to puke. Does this mean I still have feelings for him? We broke up 3 months ago and I thought I was over him.

Those sick feelings will eventually go away.

I think you have soon unresolved issues with him. It takes a little while to get over some one. It might take days, months or years. That feeling could be anxiety. I would not say that you have still harbour feelings for him, because I don't what the situation that made you break up.
It only one person truly know if you still have feelings for him and that is you.

No, it does not mean that you still have feelings for your ex. Unless you are pregnant it is really normal behavior due to anger or unfinished business with him. You will be just fine. Remain positive of yourself. You are worth it. Never forget that.

maybe you just neede time and this 3 months helped, you thought you have 4 gotten him, but actually from your reaction u still have fellings for him, the question is
is cos u estill love him or
is cos you remembered everything.. the good times etc...
love or a memory of a felling you once had

You have a mixture of feelings for your EX.
Maybe you're over certain feelings but not all. Try to seperate your feelings that you have and analyze them. don't ignore or reject your feelings. Accept how you feel and maybe if you have a good friend talk to her/him about your feelings for your ex. And if you're certain that you guys aren't going to be together, stay AWAY from him. it's not healthy.

passed relationships are always going to stay with us to a certain level some positive some negative,
so its super normal to feel those funky butterflies (+) bees(-)
inside your stomach the good thing is that u only feel them when u see this person IF U ARE REALLY over this person ..
take care !

No, it doesn't mean anything except that it was weird to see him. If you needed to puke it was your body's way of telling you he's not good for you.
