What happens if a person without epilepsy takes epilepsy medicine?

That's a tricky one too answer.
First of all, many epilepsy medications can be prescribed for other disease states so it is very common for someone too be on certain epilepsy medications and not have seizures (for example: Topamax, a anti seizure medication, has been approved and is very effective for preventing migraines). However, some epilepsy medications if taken in high doses and then suddenly stopped could trigger a seizure despite you never having one before. That's the part that I told you gets tricky.

Nothing too exciting, though it depends on which drug and how much. Lots of AEDs (anti-epilepsy drugs) are used for other conditions too. Lamictal also helps people with bipolar disorder, and supposedly gives you a feeling of well-being, but I never notice anything... Keppra or Tegretol will probably make you really drowsy. If you're going to take something, though, try Zarontin or Tridione: they increase a rat's life span by 50%.

usually epilepsy meds slow down the brains electrical activity, a person with or without epilepsy taking just one pill may not notice anything (except maybe a little more tired) taken repeatedly without proper monitoring, they would get more and more tired and lethargic and may slip in to a coma and die.

It depends on which medication, and whether she takes it only once or repeatedly. Some can make you drowsy. Some cause bad breath.

That person may have Japanese anime hallucinations. They'll only last 1.75 seconds each though.
