I would say both are as equally important. Looks are what attracts you at first. Personality usually comes after you are already into that persons looks. I would settle for a decent looking girl with a great personality rather than a great looking girl with a decent personality. *for long term relationship
-So I guess it depends what you're looking for. Short term or Long term.

There's got to be an initial attraction, but for the most part I'm all for personality. Anyone can be handsome, sexy, fine, hot, or cute.. But that doesn't mean that they're fun to be around, or funny, sweet, caring, loving, trustworthy, etc.
I would much rather be with someone who was average looking but had an amazing personality. I wouldn't want to be around someone who was a complete bore or jackass.

A personality and what's inside them makes the person special. Looks only go so far they don't last for ever.

Both are important. However, in the short run it's the LOOKS. And in the long run it's the PERSONALITY.
LOOK at the PERSONALITY. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and beauty is WITHIN.

When I was in highschool it was all about looks and now I'm in college, it's been all about who's better in bed, so far personalities aint happenin, just jokin. I'll take personality anyday
