Eh... something to ponder anyway. I mean the Bible does say He is The Light right?

I think God is a little too smart for that one. He wants us to get to heaven by loving Him, accepting His Sacrifice on the Cross to Save us from our sins, and by humble repentance and choosing a moral way of life. He even gave us a free will to make that choice, or not, so that we may gain heaven through Faith in an unseen but merciful God and not by our own intellectual scheming to beat the system.
Do you remember what God did to the people who were building the Tower of Babble so that they could get up to heaven and tell God how they wanted things to be? God stopped their plans by making each person speak in a different tongue so that they could not communicate, which made it impossible to finish the project. God would most probably foil any plans of scientists who would try to reach heaven by the speed of light or whatever. It won't work because God is God, the same then, now and forever.
I know you were being facetious with your question but I can only answer it seriously. LOL.

If you were to reach the speed of life you would definitely be
in the spirit realm. This idea is discussed at length at this
religious web site. Archived on video. See the 3 programs
entitled Quantum Faith. Very informal and in simple terms.

You are gettin closer to the TRUTH.
But remember, if you Climb up to Heaven any other way then Through what JESUS did for us, you are a Thief and a Robber!
p.s. It is such a Long Distance to Planet Heaven, that you HAVE to Exceed the Speed of Light (many time's over) to get there in a Reasonable Time.

I think our inability to percieve God (in the way you mean) is due to the fact that we exist in space and time (the categorical). Our perceptions are limited by our senses and the three dimensional universe in which we live. God, on the other hand, exists in the transcendental. God transcends the boundaries of space and time and can therefore affect the categorical but not be "seen" by it.

no, not really, science won't ever match or master God...here is a funny story though...
God is sitting in Heaven when a scientist says to Him, "Lord, we don't need You anymore. Science has finally figured out a way to create life out of nothing. In other words, we can now do what You did in the 'beginning'."
"Oh, is that so? Tell Me . . . " replies God.
"Well," says the scientist, "we can take dirt and form it into the likeness of You and breathe life into it, thus creating man."
"Well, that's interesting. Show Me."
So the scientist bends down to the earth and starts to mold the soil.
"Oh no, no, no . . . " interrupts God . . .
"Get your own dirt."

Hmm... then Jesus was just a temporary "fix" until man got smart enough to travel at the speed of light? That seems like it would be a very important detail for God to have shared with us, but I don't recall reading anything like that anywhere in the Bible.
If you want to know God, get to know Jesus Christ. I suggest that you read the Bible.

No. Man's inability to perceive God is because there is a separation between Heaven and earth.

No, I don`t think God will let that happen.
Mans inability to percieve God is because...I don`t know, I can`t perceive a reason!

No, that doesn't make much sense.
Maybe the reason we are unable to preceive god is because god does not exist.
That is far more likely then creating such a convoluted hypothesis about alternate dimensions and faster-then-light travel.

No. I don't believe that it has anything to do with the speed of light. If God exists then perhaps we cannot perceive him because God exists within dimensions beyond our abilities of perception. I suggest that you read the book "Flatland" by Edwin Abott.
