You can treat her the same as always until she is about 45 days into her pregnancy, then you will want to be careful about her trying to jump on or off furniture.
She will have several extra pounds (depending on the type of dog) she will be carrying around.
Start leaving her as much food as she will eat at about 50 days. Be sure she always has fresh water down.
Depending on her size, get a heavy duty cardboard box to use as a whelping bed. Cut the front down so she can climb in but the puppies wont be able to fall out.
After she is finished (about 24 hours) you will be able to throw the box away, birthing is a nasty job.
You may want to use a plastic baby pool (for large dogs) or a smaller plastic storage container for the smaller dogs.
(The cat litter plastic box is the ideal size for a small dog)
Line the box with newspapers.
When she is between 59 and 63 days (counting from the first day the male bred her) you will need to stay close and watch for signs of impending birth.
They will be:
Restless, unable to get comfortable.
Lack of appitite for a day or two.
She will be scratching in her bed, chewing the papers up,
She will pant like she is really hot.
She will shiver like she is freezing.
She may have only one or two of the above symptoms, or she may have them all.
The last thing you will notice are the actual contractions. You will see her stomach muscles tighten and then relax. If you see contractions that are close together (like 5 minutes apart) and no baby has arrived after a max of 4 hours, go to the vet, a puppy may be stuck.
You will want to call the vets about a week before the puppies are due to find out who is on call, because you can bet she will have the babies in the wee hours of the morning.
It is always best to know who the vet is on call so you are not trying to find one at the last minute.

Talk to a vet. They will need to be aware of ur situation because if ur dog cannot deliver the puppies naturally she may need a c-section. So get acquainted with ur vet so they can help if things don't go smoothly. Good Luck on ur soon 2 be new arrivals!

This is a great link from Auburn University. It breaks down the canine reproduction anatomy and cycles, including canine gestation, in terminology we can all understand. This was my bible (along with Vet guidance) when my Rednose was going through her special time. Copy and paste or click and best of luck with the little ones.

Gently. And don't worry about what do when she's ready to have babies. She'll know herself. But if there's a problem, she'll let you know what to do.

Just make sure that she has a quiet place to whelp and her water and food dish is close by where she can get to it.

My Advice, go to the vet, they know a hell of a lot more on dog pregnancy then most of us on Yahoo answers do.
