I've seen 2 different ways to make it. Not sure if different bartenders just make it different or what. And is it a drink or more like a shot??

it is supposed to be crown, apple pucker, and cranberry juice. it is usually a shot, not a drink. however, it can be a drink and yes, every bartender make things different and call them different names.
