As I was driving my 1995 Ford Escort making a delivery for meals on wheels I observed a group of Mormon adolescents and something in my mind told me to stop and confront them. Well I did what any good Christian would do and pointed out their errors and invited them to take a step in the right direction and come attend our church. They were furious with me, and It was as if I saw Satan himself manifest in the tallest one and they lashed out at me with verses from some book I had never heard of before! Brothers and Sisters, can they really be trusted?

My sister was LDS, and her husband Jacob. Oh yes and my friend Alice too, and her husband Jacob.

I am really sad for you that for one they were rude to you but for the fact that you can not seem to open up enough spiritual to ask God if it is true. If you REALLY new what mormons believed then you may not have this feeling. I have been Mormon for 6 years now and I have never come across one doctrine that did not make perfect sense and that I could compare with teachings in the bible. How about you have the missionaries come over for an honest discussion (not a bash session) and find out for yourself. God bless.

As much as the person who felt the strange need to confront adolescents walking down the streets...

and what errors do they make that are different than yours?

and meals on wheels? how convienent.

BTW, I am really scared of your picture... it's as if I saw Satan manifest.... oh wait, that's too easy.

Was it the Book of Mormon(A collection of stories like the Bible)Most likely it was one of Thais Minnie stories, that they quoted a verse to you. Then there is the Peril of Grate Price. And the Doctrine of Convenience. Before you start to convert a Mormon get to know there doctrine and there collection of verses in the Book Of Mormon.Sandra Tanner is a Christian Author on the subject, and very good source of information snits she was a Mormon at one time. Now let me enlighten you on the truth, There is no Scientific proof of a God.

I do not presently know what 'your church' is; but have you considered the possibility that their 'Mormon church' is closer to the truth than yours is? (If their 'church is closer to the truth; perhaps we should trust them more).I am not saying the 'Mormon church' is right; but I am not saying it is wrong either. One of the differences between Catholic is and Protestantism is the Catholics have 'books of the Bible' that Protestants do not. So tell us which one is correct with your evidence to support your case! (Or is it your personal opinion)?

I am a Mormon, knowing that I just stated that, you probably won't trust me, but I can say that we are taught in church that it's inappropriate to "Bible bash" or get in arguments like that over religion. That young man wasn't doing a very good job and living what he had learned.

best wishes.

Here is a question for you..... Isn't the definition of a Christian (in simple terms) some one who believes in Christ? That is what I thought Christian meant. Well, I am pretty sure that the "Mormons" believe in God, and Jesus Christ.... So wouldn't that make them a Christian? Just a question...

Can you be trusted? What kind of man tries to evalgelize adolescents? Afraid of putting your anti-mormon arguments against someone armed with sufficient knowledge to argue back. I have to applaud these adolescents.

What does that have to do with trusting Mormons. Sounds like you were condescending towards them and they were standing up for themselves. Your story has nothing to do with trusting at all.
