Minister: No tip. It's even rude to offer.

Photographer: Optional. If you tip, give them about $20 each, or enough to cover gas on the way home and maybe a drink at the bar. Be sure to tip them if you are not feeding them (feeding them is very important, as you will get much better pictures out of a happy photographer).

DJ: Even more optional than the photographer. This person isn't working as long or as hard as the photographer, and you won't be dealing with them again after the wedding like you will the photographer. Again, about $20 if you decide to do it.

Catering: If they are charging a gratuity, then no tip. Chances are, they've forced a gratuity into your final bill. Same with the bar. Chances are, the bar will still put out a tip jar, so the bartenders would be getting tipped 3 times if you gave a tip above the gratuity.

Limo driver: Tip about 20%. Sometimes this is factored into the bill already.

Florists, bakers, reception managers do not get tipped.

The catering company usually has gratuity included for the wait staff. Check your contract.
Some brides tip the on-site coordinator (if any).
The officiant is usually paid w/ a donation. If you want to give more- offer to pay their hotel stay that night (if needed).
As for the other services- DJ and photg.- you only need to tip if you feel they went above and beyond. Usually you can send them a nice thank-you note when you come back from your honeymoon. Offer a referral for future clients and enclose a tip if you so choose.

Hope this helps:D

A tip/gratituity should only be given when the vendor goes above and beyond the call of duty, not for simply doing their job.

The caterer often has the gratituity automatically tacked on to the final bill. But the others are at your discretion.

Most of you're venues might already have that in there contract some where.check them out and see.and the ones that don't have that on there just tip them what you think you should tip them but make sure its about 20% to 30% or may a little higher percent if they are doing a good job.best of luck

If they have gone way above and beyond the call of duty then they should receive a little extra.

The amount depends on the value that you have placed on the extra amount of service.
