As my Win98 OS,crashed, and I have had to reload all soft-ware,I'm finding that Yahoomail doesn't support Win98 anymore either, as the download to support Yahoo as my default email service, doesn't seem to exist any more. HELP

Windows 95,98 aren't supported anymore by Microsoft, so many software that are now released don't have support for them! In general every OS is maintained for most 6 years (maintained meaning offering service packs, updates, new software...).

Microsoft no longer supports 98SE. If your PC has a 300mhz or faster processor and over 128mg of RAM, switch to XP. It will run faster and more stable then 98. (I have three laptops with 300-350mhz processors and 196-256m of RAM running it great)

Windows 98 has been set out to pasture....
I too, have win 98 SE issues...
But, I have learned to work around them.

(EDIT) Even a Millinium ME upgrade is out to pasture...)
