Love to, but I have to respect that whole "separation of church and state" thing. Too bad that respect only seems to go one way.

You won't have room on the papers to name all the "John Doe's" of Churches under the Christian label.....What would give you the right to receive any compensation from such a lawsuit since you are not part of its congregants or community? Would you be doing this to then turn this monetary judgement (assuming you might get one eventually) over to all the "poor" dupped Christians, that you refer to? Getting nothing for yourselves as athiests? What fraud has been perpetrated on you collectively as a group that has harmed you in any way?
PS. And some say Christians have no mind to think......What say you about these responses?

The first thing that you need to do is have your lawyer file suit against the United States government for the Bill of Rights. After you have filed against them, and I'm sure that won't take long, you file suit against all of the Christian churches in America. After that, come back and tell me how much money you received.
Since I never created a religion, nor the right to religion, nor do I have a job or any money, I assume that you meant THOSE nuts.

You would have to prove a fraud was committed.
You would probably be forced to prove they were lying.
good luck.
What would a lawyer charge for something like that?
And in a class action suit, the lawyers get 99% of the money and after 9 years or so, you would get a check for thirteen cents.
Then you would see that the real fraud committed was by the lawyers.
Then you could go to a church and explain to God that you didn't know what you were doing.
And as Jesus said on the cross,"Forgive them for they know not what they do!"
Then you would be forgiven , if you asked God with your heart.
Then you could go to the bank with the check for thirteen cents.
And they would tell you that the "Church" has no money to cover your little check.

You would have to prove that god doesn't exist. And proving something doesn't exist is impossible. You would also have to show that you suffered some loss because of the church collections. Since you are an atheist and you've probably never given anything to the church you haven't lost anything. You have no case for a law suit

Nope. Read the first amendment regarding freedom of speech and the right to assemble peaceably. Christians aren't pretending anything. They know and believe Christianity is true and giving money, etc. for the cause of Christ makes a lot more sense than what most people blow their money on.

Haha, good luck. There is no such thing as the Christian Church. You should probably make sure all your ducks are in a row before you try to sue the CATHOLIC Church. (Or other Christian affiliates)

According to the ACLU probably so but according to the U.S. Constituition no.
Remember this! Congress SHALL MAKE NO LAW (but with the ACLU's help and actually their demands they have..oh what's wrong with me...Congress hasn't done it. It's the liberal judiciary) respecting the establishment of religion or PROHIBITING THE FREE EXERCISE thereof. Sorry Christian public school kids. They can still prohibit it. The ACLU demands it.

The problem is that atheists would have to PROVE that Christian teachings were false.
