well to tell you the truth if you lose that much that fast i dont think its healthy. last year when i weighed 251 it took me a month and a half to lose 20lbs now i weigh 205 so its not gonna be easy but im sure you can do it

Drink 10 glasses of water a day, eat lettuce with no dressing, and walk a lot.
Of course, this will also make you feel absolutely miserable. It's not good to lose that much that fast. No offense, but the difference between 290 and 275 isn't going to be huge (in terms of appearance).

You could have gastric bypass IE; stomach stapled, and you would loose even more than 15 lbs. but that is a drastic way to loose weight, but you do need an exercise program and a sensible diet and accept that you are not going to loose 15 lbs in a week.

You can't. I don't think it is possible. Except by having the fat sucked out by a plastic surgeon.
If you do loose weight that fast then it will be loosing muscle as well as fat. You don't want to loose muscle. It would slow down your metabolism. Then when you started to eat normally you would gain the weight back PLUS more.

try Weight Watchers. You wont loose 15 Ibs a week, but
I know two people it's worked for in the long run. It's a good diet.

There iss no healthy way to lose that much weight that quickly. You could potentially get sick from that kind of action, so you should probably evaluate if you really want to do that.
