The Koran is a book of peaceful sentiments?
Qur’an:9:88 “The Messenger and those who believe with him, strive hard and fight with their wealth and lives in Allah’s Cause.”
Qur’an:9:5 “Fight and kill the disbelievers wherever you find them, take them captive, harass them, lie in wait and ambush them using every stratagem of war.”
Qur’an:9:112 “The Believers fight in Allah’s Cause, they slay and are slain, kill and are killed.”
Qur’an:9:29 “Fight those who do not believe until they all surrender, paying the protective tax in submission.”
Ishaq:325 “Muslims, fight in Allah’s Cause. Stand firm and you will prosper. Help the Prophet, obey him, give him your allegiance, and your religion will be victorious.”
Qur’an:8:39 “Fight them until all opposition ends and all submit to Allah.”
Qur’an:8:39 “So fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief [non-Muslims]) and all submit to the religion of Allah alone (in the whole world).”

You did your homework! You now understand the enemy we are fighting. The PC crowd would rather turn a blind eye but you hit the nail on the head. They want us dead and we are in the fight of our lives. History WILL prove you and I right.

The only problem to your question Angeltress, and others who ask the same question, is that no matter how many answers you recieve, or how much accurate information is given to you, you will choose to ignore them and continue your quest to "disprove" Islam. You seem to forget that for the past 1400 years, people like you have done the same thing, and have thought up just as many assanine ideas to use in your crusades, however the best you (as in plural) can come up with is using the outlandish quotes that some rage-filled Islamophobe/Xenophobe decided to chop up from the Quran and call it real. Would you trust Hitler if he commented on the Torah or Talmud and gave chopped up quotes? Neither would I.
All it takes to answer your question is to actually pick up a Quran, or visit a REAL Quranic website (I recommend http://www.islamicity.com/quransearch ) and read it for yourself. Read the whole thing, word by word, don't skip over, read the commentaries too, and you will have your absolute unbiased answer. If that's too much work for you then I honestly don't see how you can repeat your questions over and over again.
All it takes is a little bit of effort and some common sense.

No offense taken. But read your Bible too. There are lots of verses which are even SICK. So-"JUDGE NOT--LEST....".
Islam claims itself to be the "Religion Of Peace"--where did it claim so--MADAME??? Unlike, Christianity--Islam is a practical religion.
You Christians in General do not and are not able to follow--the teachings
of --"turn your other cheeks" or "do not judge" or "sell your properties"--can you??? So,--you claim something that you can't do.
Islam is a religion of MEASURE and JUSTICE. We understand PEACE in our own terms and standards--not yours. There will be real PEACE--when people will be under God's law. PEACE is not cheap and it had no ABSOLUTE meaning. We don't LOVE our enemies-- but We pray for them--so that they become our FRIENDS and we will be in PEACE. Until that if they will fight us we will
fight them RETALIATE hundred times harsher and if they slap in one cheek--we will slap in both of theirs.
WE ARE NOT HYPOCRATES LIKE MOST CHRISTIANS.

I don’t know why people here are being so mean to our religion.
It's very harmful to just take a few quotes from a religious book and think it relates to a whole religion. I will advise you to read the whole Quran and understand it before you making any judgment. Please don't misinterpret the Quran.

So what is the real question
You want Muslim's to explain how love and peace are framed in these 8 scripture quotes and maybe more? :) ?????
I gota see this. I have a negative view of Muslim participation in current events.
I can now see the answers. there has not been a reason why the violent, evil words in a book 'Peace'. only a few who have forgotten 911 or maybe ceblebarted at it. "Did any one forget"

even if a muslim offered an explanation you likely wouldn't understand, approve or agree. it wouldn't put you at ease. what they do they will continue to do. the same as catholic(which i am),methodidist,lutheran....gnostic or atheist. i know some people convert here and there but at large we are all going to try and accomplish our goals or missions in the name of our faith.
