You can borrow a basic French book from the public library or go to the nearest bookstore. One day in either place will get your French going. Even though, you won't turn out to be an expert (because you only spent 1 day), you'll know enough to spark a conversation. Good luck!

Hi
I can't suggest you to use a translator, since their translations might be ridiculous.....
here are some tracks:
"Hello, how are you?"
--->
"Salut, ca va" or "Salut, tu vas bien?"
"Thanks" = Merci
what are your plans for tonight / end of the week"
= "tu as quelque chose de prévu ce soir / week end ?or "qu'est-ce que tu fais ce soir?"
"what's your mobile number?" = "c'est quoi ton numero?"...
I don't know how you want to act, like a gentleman or more relaxed.... so just have a look on phrasebooks you can easily find over the internet.
and don't forget, before having lunch to say "Bon appetit"
ciao, bonne journée from France

im sure you havent even mastered the english language. so i dont think you can learn french, much less master it, in one day. but good luck.
maybe shes on here asking people how to learn english in one day. so maybe, tomorrow, you wouldnt even have to speak french because she somehow learned how to speak english.

Learn a few good phrases that are not simply yes, no, me/I, you, etc. Something witty or sweet.
That should impress her that you are interested in her enough to spend the time in one day on something directly related to her.

you can go to google translator, type in some sentences in english and have them translate them to french. As far as being bi-lingual you can't learn in one day.
