Believe what you choose to believe. Do not waste your time and energy giving judgemental people another thought, they are far from worth it and most people like that just love to get under peoples skin. True christians should not judge, it is sin and if they are afraid of hell, then they should be more careful.

Not ALL Christians insult Pagans, and I see Pagans who are just as guilty of insulting Christians and other religions. I wish this whole war would just stop. There are bigots on both sides, and there are people with major persecution complexes who like to accuse the other side of "oppressing" them on both sides. I think rants like this are just as bigoted as the statement made by Christians that Pagans are a bunch of devil-worshipping cultists.
The Christians who say Pagans are going to Hell think that EVERYONE who is not Christian is going to Hell. That is what they believe and no amount of ranting until you are blue in the face is going to change that. You might as well just accept that there are some minds you are not going to change and move on. The sooner you do, the better because perhaps finally we'll erase the stereotype that we Pagans are somehow obsessed with Christiantiy when some of us have better things to do.
--signed a fed-up Pagan who is sick of Pagans who think they have to be anti-Christian or anti-any religion to be Pagan and making the rest of us look like a bunch of wankers

It's okay, I went on a ranting fit a few days ago.
As a Pagan, I personally believe that what you believe to be true is... for you.
If, for example, you believe in Hell, there is.
But if someone else doesn't, they're not going to go there.
I don't enjoy them saying it. But, if you think about it, Heaven is said to be a life time of worshiping God.
I'd rather go to Hell. Utopias are boring.
We don't believe in Satan, either, but, we do believe in Pan. Christians took Pan's image and made it into Satan... because they wanted to switch Pagans over by making them think their religion was evil.
And, we aren't a cult. I know that, of course! I hope other answerers do as well.

yes, you are right. this is absolutely unfair. I m a baptized Christian but in a way pagan ( I believe in white magic for example) and an atheist. I know this sounds weird (and confusing) but so is my life and this is my way of seeing things. What I want to say is that everybody is free to believe what ever they feel right, I those who are narrow-minded and judgmental should just find another kind of amusement, not torturing and insulting people that don't share their opinion. Try not to take them to serously... Stay well and take care!

They follow their own truth, they are entitled to it, just as we are entitled to ours. The difference is that unlike many Christians, we know it breaks the law of free will to try to convert others.
Also, we know that thoughts are real and tangible, and can have an adverse effect on the recipient, and so try to keep our thoughts loving.
We know that such failures on our part will bring down on us the Law of Threefold Returns, therefore we try to avoid this at all costs.
They do not understand these things and therefore are free to send out negativity in all directions. They do not understand that Karma will probably strike back in a different area of their life and as such will be put down to an unfortunate occurence.
May God/ess soothe your troubled thoughts

All Christians do not insult pagans, any more than all pagans bite the heads off of live chickens and spit them out of 10-story windows.
Knock off the melodrama.

They don't all do. I have some Christian friends who are okay with me being a Pagan. But I too am sick of the zealots who feed us their "believe or burn" speech every time we profess our beliefs.

All religions have their zealots, I feel your post is proof of that. As a Pagan, I feel I must practice as much tolerance as I expect to be shown.
