Of course, you have choices and consequences. It's like a buffet, you can eat as much as you want, but that doesn't mean you won't get a stomach ache if you over do it, the consequence being present doesn't make it any less of a choice.

Yes. Because we were created by God, we are all His children. Those that will be punished are only the people that do not believe in Him or have not accepted Him into their lives. And if you do not believe, well, it really makes this question irrelevant.
It's the same as if you told your child to do something and he/she did not mind you. Wouldn't you punish them? He don't want anyone to go to hell, He is giving everyone plenty of time to accept Him, it hurts Him that some of His children do not accept Him and He don't want to punish them, but Christians know the wages of sin is death. And Christians want to be with him in Heaven anyway.

No one can plan somone's punishment to the hellfire from heaven that erases one's existance, that's not what I read in the bible.

Yes, because it is a choice.
Is a child free to choose if his mother offers him bananas or yogurt for breakfast? He may not like the choices, but if the choice is between two things and two things only, is it still not a choice?
If God gave you no choice, then you would not be free. He gave you a choice. You may not like the options, but that is all that God is offering.
If you prefer that he offer you something else, go tell him. See what he says back to you.
And then may your humility begin.

It is free will to accept or reject God. Why would it be considered punishment for you to be allowed to go your own way? Hell is separation from God. If you don't want to be with God, that is your choice. What is the problem??

God gives the option to chose to follow him or to abandon him, he doesn't want to punish us, he gives the option of free will to determine which we would prefer, follow him= eternal peace with him or to turn from him and suffer eternally. it's your choice, choose wisely. good luck.

But, then again, Christians regard "God" as stupid.
Their beliefs define "God" as monstrous, unfair and not very bright, but they're afraid to connect the dots and admit it.
Just look at all the doublespeak they've written here as they try to justify their hellfire and damnation deity.

There is a consequence to every decision we make.
Thank God that He already outlined the consequences to help us to make an informed decision.

you can't punish a person after he/she is dead, that's up to GOD to judge and punish. you might as well tell them they are grounded and can't watch tv for a week.
