I realy like a guy named Phillip. He know that i like him but i am scared to ask him out. We both feel the same way about each other. But we are both scared to ask each other out. help plz

Well It's usually the guy's job 2 ask the girl. Write him a note telling him how u feel and ask him how he feels and c if it'll get him 2 ask u out.

If you know Phillip so well then just get him into a conversation and when you know everything is flowing just say hey we ought to go out what do you think.?And if you know he feels the same way you do he will accept.

Say hi when you see each other. Find out what he likes to do. movie/concert/clubs/etc. and mention something he likes. Let him know your dying to do that. If he doesn't tell you the next time he going and doesn't invite you, invite him to go with you. There, you secretly asked him on a date. If he's busy when ever, reschedule. Good luck.
