Then you call them and can never get a hold of them does that mean they are blowing you off. She is a waitress and when i go their she always comes by and says hello to me know i dont know what to think. Should i keep trying to contact her. Or just forget it. I invited her to a concert and would just like to talk to her and see if she wants to go or just tell me no thanks. I was really just wanting to be friends with her now i think somehow she doesnt want to be.

call her once, leave a message, if she call's back great, if not forget about her she's not interested.

Maybe she was available when she gave it to you, but she's not now. Call once in a while but not all the time.
