kay, well i am somewhat into online dating and heres this guy i was really interested in and we would always say how we were gonna meet up soon. but one day i accidently deteled his number from my cell. so i sent him an email asking if he can give me his number again but he has yet to ever reply. i see him online, i know hes online but he has yet to reply...has he not replied for he was waiting for a chance for me to mess up so that he can take that chance of freedom? what should i do?

How about giving him one more try? Go ahead and contact him again. Explain you lost his number and would like him to give it to you again. He may have not gotten your first message. Give him the benefit of the doubt and try again. If you don't hear from him the 2nd time you can just write him off your boyfriend list.
