Let me add some details before the moral majority has my hung. This is for a law paper of an actual case that I don't know the out come of. This is with a Nevada Prostitue where it's legal. I am thinking maybe theft of services. I should have asked this in the Law section. Sorry.

A guy in England has just been successfully prosecuted by a prostitute in the courts for that very thing! It wasn't shop lifting though!

it depends if she has a pimp or not. If she has a pimp then yes and you will be prosecuted to full extent of the unlawful but If she doesn't have a pimp then no because it's like a garage sale.
