I keep having dreams of my ex even though i really don't think of him much i don't see him anymore, he moved but i have a new bf. and well does any one what this means?I think of him only once in a while when something reminds me of him if i dothink of him i do feel sad though

Dreaming of ex relationship could mean a couple of things
1. It means that you are looking for the good time from the past that you have. You want to relive the moment. Somehow your ex relationship overshadowed your current one.
2. You may not be satisfied with your current relationship. That is why you went back to the time that you subconsciously believe where/when you found happiness.

Its all a part of moving on. You should not feel bad to still love for him. Just realize, you are no longer in love with him. Dreams are a way for your body and mind to work out what you were unable to when you were with him. This should retract little from maintaining your current relationship. This is normal and happens to everyone. It will slowly fade away as your new relationships build greater significance and importance in your life.

I often have dreams of my ex. I can't help it. There's no desire in me to get back together with her, though that's what most of the themes are. If you never had closure, that could be the reason. I never did which probably explains why I have them. Whatever the reason, just ignore them.

I have dreams about my ex too. It means that u regret not telling him your true feelings and u don't have closure on that relationship I'm going through that myself. Don't worry the dreams will stop aventually.

maybe you still like him and eventhough you moved on in the outside you still want to be with him. You can choose what you think about, but you can't choose what you deam...

I think you are thinking about him more than you think subconciously and you are dreaming about him because thats the only way your brain knows how to tell you
