My problem is that there's a guy at my job who I sort of have a crush on. He's basically everything my guy used to be- funny, a great personality. and so on. My current guy has issues about his size and is a boring conversationalist. Should I go for the new guy or keep my current guy?

Leaving him won't help his already low self-esteem and self-image, but how is staying with him affecting YOU? Do what makes you happy. It does nobody any good to stay out of a sense of obligation or pity. You only get one chance at your life. Be happy.

Sounds like you are bored. You said he used to be funny and have or had a great personality. What happened? If you don't want him, just let him go. If you love him, work on it.

it depends on how you feel about the current guy. If you care for him then talk with him about your concerns and try to help but if he is not willing to listen and make some changes then i would say try the other. Remember who ever you meet is going to have issues.

Tell your current guy that you love him and all, but he needs to learn how to love himself, or else things might not work out.
Try to work things out between you two, before you move on to another guy.
