theres this guy in high school thats only 2 years older than me he calls me beautiful and winks at me all the time we even hang out! but since he's a bit older then me i feel like he thinks of me as a little sister or somethin like that...do you really thinki have a chance with hima and if soo how do i make the move??? without being too annoying!1

He probably likes you but feels you are too young right now. Wait until you get into highschool, too, before pursuing this boy (or any boys, they will be a pain in the butt the rest of your life, put it off while you can! ;-) If he DID start dating you now his friends will rag on him unmercifully and that would probably end up driving you two apart (sorry, that's how highschool boys are).

Sounds like you are not in high school. At this age, he is too old for you now. If there are true feelings worth pursuing, the feelings will still be there 2 or 3 years from now when both of you are able to deal with it on an even level.
Impress him. Should he make a move, tell him " I think so much of you that I want us to be friends forever. Lets wait till we know we are right for each other."
Very mature. He will be even more impressed with you. If not, be glad you didn't get involved.
