I love Caraway seeds but I they are hard to find in Health food shops & supermarkets are they a forgoten taste? I used to buy bread with them in when I was younger. ( I am now 59 and remember real fresh food and home cooking)

Huh? That's strange. Not at Tescos or Sainsburys or Safeways or whatever the chain name is that Wal-Mart bought? We're North American, not British, and not living in the part of the continent settled by Germantic and Slovak peoples but every store with a spice and herb section sells caraway seeds.

Healthfood/wholefood shops should stock them. Or order them if you ask.... So do most larger supermarkets... don't know if you have a larger Tesco's or ASDA up there, but they are all over the place further south..

you should be abvle to get them in any store that sells spices, caraway is especially used in rye bread, it should be in the "spices" aisle.
