My calves are fat. How do I minimize them? I want them to be real thin like jennifer anistons or victoria beckhams.

There fat, but there all muscle. I don't want it to be that way. I want them to be thin and all muscle...is it possible?

Walk a lot of stairs - that will give your calves definition. Do the stairmaster - it will work your entire leg. Some people just naturally have larger calves - show them off with a pair of high heels and be proud!

Damn girl, if you figure that out, I want to know also. Even when I was younger and skinny, like 115 pounds, still carried all my weight below the knees.

And my mom has ballerina legs, thin ankles, nice round calves. UN-FAIR! I inherited my dad's moms legs.

Just be glad they work, and you and I will be less likely to break a leg, twist an ankle.

I have always wondered if I were younger, and still obsessing about this, what would a plastic surgeon do? Could they do liposuction? Why don't you go to one just for consultation? First consult is usually minimal or free.....get back with us.

I bet your calves aren't fat, I bet they are muscular. Mine are, sometimes I hate them, sometimes I love them. Do some exercises to tone them up, but be careful about weight training, that can make them bulky if you already tend to have big calves. Do what the one person said and power walk. And do a 3 sets of 20 toe raises, don't use any weight, just your own body weight.

do calf raises. start with your toes pointing forward and elevate your self so that you are on your balls of your feet and your heels are off the ground (like your standing on tiptoes) then come back down. Do this fairly quickly. Repeat this 30 times. Then do the same thing only with your toes pointing in (pigeon toed) again, repeat 30 times. Then do the smae thing with your toes pointing out (so your feet make a v) and repeat 30 times. Do this everyday and your calves will be toned in about 3-4 weeks! good luck

you won't beable to change the appearance of them much at all..its the way they are..some ppl have little tiny pretty ankles too and i don't..wish i did but its not happnin..i am not sportin cankles so thats a plus for me lol
but if they are already muscular and toned they aren't going to get smaller even if you quit exercising them they are still going to be larger calves then some ppl.
