A delicate Bernaisse sauce, perhaps...
You have seen Theatre of Blood, I trust? (Vincent Price) They cooked the guy's poodles and served it up lumpy and white, and when they removed the cover of the serving dish, two poodle tails were displayed, to the victim's utter horror!!!
